By creating an account or using infrapilot.sh, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms govern access to the infrapilot.sh license portal only — not the open-source InfraPilot software itself, which is governed by its own license (AGPL-3.0).
infrapilot.sh provides license key issuance and management for InfraPilot, a self-hosted Docker infrastructure management platform. The service includes account creation, license key generation, billing management, and email notifications.
Community Edition: Licensed under AGPL-3.0. Free to use, modify, and self-host. Source code is available at github.com/infrapilotsh/infrapilot. A license key is required to activate the software but is provided at no cost.
Professional & Enterprise Editions: Subject to a separate commercial license agreement. Paid tiers grant additional capabilities (higher agent limits, advanced security features, support SLAs) and are not open-source.
License keys are issued to individual accounts and may not be shared, resold, or used to activate installations on behalf of third parties without prior written consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@infrapilot.sh. Upon termination, your license keys will be deactivated.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
